The location was favourable and unbeatable for exploring this local area, really close to the new business area, the restaurants, and roof top cafe. Dined at Natural Hakka, it was around 10-15 minutes walk from the venue.

The location for Taichung was favourable and peaceful, adjacent to supermarket, city hall and Taichung opera house, and morning flight. The room was well-maintained, had best bathroom and wonderful views to enjoy. The service was good, no complaints whatsoever, it was just what we needed.

Booked the property for its particularly good and absolutely perfect location not far from the main Shopping Malls, the public areas and supermarket and department store. Found a place called Natural Hakka, set minutes from the hotel, ate there a few times. The pool was good and we had complimentary drinks in the roof top bar...

Excellent service at the front desk, they were very helpful during our stay. The room was spacious and the staff were friendly. The hotel amenities were well-maintained, especially the pool, spa, sauna, and workout room. The daily fruit greeting was a nice touch and the water pressure in the bathroom was good. Despite some minor issues with the breakfast and the service at the Prime Grille bar, the hotel staff were competent and friendly. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in Taichung.
